Before the meal try a dry sherry like a manzanilla or fino, wonderful with one of your grazing boards. Want to go a little different – try a white port on its own or with tonic w ater and lemon.
After the meal, our range of Ramos Pinto ports go fantastically with cheese, dessert or, in the case of the 20 year old tawny, either with coffee or on its own. Want something intensely sweet and amazing – try a PX sherry, the burnt fig and molasses flavours are a very special way to end the night.
