Description
Marques de Murrieta is one of the oldest sill established wine estates, started in 1852. From the moment go, they were all about innovation bringing French techniques to Rioja during the phylloxera outbreak. Still today they are innovative mixing old and new Rioja styles straddling modern fruit led wine with the more old fashioned wood aged techniques.
This wine, the Reserva, still gets it’s grapes from the Finca Ygay plot of land at the very top of Rioja Alta, a hallowed ground in the history of the region.
A sophisticated modern Rioja.
Here you get two bottles included in a handsome leather feel carry case.
